Huizhou refining phase ii project is located in the guangdong daya bay petrochemical industrial park, the project total investment of 46.6 billion yuan, is now under construction in China's largest oil refinery project.In July, 2013, in order to speed up the middle and lower reaches of industry development, achieved the integration of oil refining chemical industry advantage, China's cnooc in huizhou petrochemical 12 million tons/year oil refining project, based on the newly built phase ii 10 million tons/year oil refining and 1.2 million tons/year ethylene project.
